Nolan Landscaping recently completed landscape construction for the Slager Warehouse in Iowa City, Iowa, an industrial facility developed by Hodge Construction with civil engineering by Axiom Consultants.
This fast-paced project was completed in just three days, demonstrating our team’s ability to deliver efficient, high-quality results on a tight timeline.
Our scope of work included 6,000 square feet of hydroseeding to establish healthy, erosion-resistant turf across the property, as well as the application of 34 cubic yards of mulch to enhance planting areas and reduce long-term maintenance.
The landscape was designed to complement the industrial setting while ensuring durability and low upkeep.
