Nolan Landscaping proudly contributed to the Simple Mining project in Cedar Falls, Iowa, a mission-critical industrial development requiring precision, speed, and reliable landscape solutions.

In partnership with Woodruff Construction and Brewer Civil, our team delivered high-impact results with a focus on durability and sustainability.

Completed in just 3.5 days, the project included the installation of 34 cubic yards of mulch, 450 linear feet of steel edging, and hydroseeding across 2 acres to establish healthy vegetation and provide effective erosion control.

Each component was strategically implemented to support the site’s long-term functionality and resilience.
