Next Senior Apartments – Multifamily Landscape, Irrigation & Hardscape Installation in Iowa City, Iowa

Nolan Landscaping completed a full-scale landscape, irrigation, and hardscape installation for the Next Senior Apartments in Iowa City, Iowa, delivering a thoughtfully designed and highly functional outdoor environment.

In collaboration with Sand Construction and Willet Hofmann & Associates, our team transformed the grounds of this senior living community with a focus on sustainability, safety, and visual appeal.

The project included the installation of 24,000 square feet of sod, 21 cubic yards of mulch, and 38 tons of decorative river rock to create vibrant and low-maintenance green spaces.

We also placed 1,400 linear feet of steel edging, hydroseeded 10,500 square feet, and constructed a 2,345-square-foot retaining wall to provide essential structural support and erosion control.

Completed in just seven days, this multifamily development highlights Nolan Landscaping’s commitment to delivering durable, high-quality landscaping solutions that enhance both the aesthetic and functional value of residential communities across Iowa.
