Linn Mar Administration Building – Public School Landscape Installation in Marion, Iowa

Nolan Landscaping was proud to provide landscape installation for the Linn Mar Administration Building in Marion, Iowa, supporting the development of a functional and sustainable outdoor space for this public educational facility.

In partnership with Peak Construction and Hall and Hall, our team executed the project with precision and care over a 10-day period.

The scope included the installation of 70 cubic yards of mulch to enrich soil and retain moisture, 71 tons of trap rock for long-lasting ground cover and visual appeal, and hydroseeding across 2.5 acres to establish a healthy, sustainable landscape.

Each element was chosen to meet the site’s performance needs while contributing to an inviting, low-maintenance environment.
