Nolan Landscaping proudly completed the Lakke Time Development project in Clear Lake, Iowa, delivering high-quality landscape installation for this private development.

In collaboration with Commercial Edge and Schlotfeldt Engineering, our team enhanced the outdoor space with a focus on durability, functionality, and visual appeal.

Over the course of just five days, we installed 31,000 square feet of sod, spread 18 cubic yards of mulch, and built a 350-square-foot boulder retaining wall, combining natural materials with strategic design to support site structure while elevating the landscape’s aesthetic.
