Nolan Landscaping proudly completed the Kirkwood Oakdale Parking Lot project in Coralville, Iowa, delivering expert landscape construction for this public school facility.

Working in close partnership with Boomerang Corp and Hall and Hall, our team executed the project efficiently, completing all work within a four-day timeframe while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

The scope included the installation of 3,300 square feet of sod, 49 cubic yards of mulch, and hydroseeding across one acre of the site.

These elements were carefully integrated to improve the landscape’s appearance, functionality, and long-term sustainability—creating a welcoming and resilient outdoor space for the school community.
