Nolan Landscaping is excited to contribute to the Keokuk Family Flats project in Keokuk, Iowa, delivering expert landscape construction, seeding, and erosion control for this multifamily residential development.

In partnership with Koester Construction and Manhard Consulting, our team is focused on building a well-balanced and sustainable outdoor environment that enhances the property’s visual appeal and long-term functionality.

As part of our scope, we are installing 35 cubic yards of mulch to enrich planting areas, improve soil moisture retention, and reduce weed growth. To establish a healthy turf and support soil stability, our team is applying 165,605 square feet of hydroseed across the site.

Additionally, 6,900 square feet of straw blanket is being laid for effective erosion control, promoting strong grass establishment and long-term landscape resilience.
