Holiday Inn Express – Hospitality Landscape & Irrigation Installation in Marion, Iowa

Nolan Landscaping was proud to enhance the exterior of the Holiday Inn Express in Marion, Iowa, with a full-service landscape and irrigation installation.

In collaboration with Pro Commercial and Shive Hattery, our team created an inviting, well-structured outdoor environment designed to elevate the property’s curb appeal and guest experience.

Completed in just six days, the project included the installation of 15,300 square feet of sod, 50 cubic yards of mulch, 18 tons of decorative river rock, and 450 linear feet of aluminum edging.

These carefully selected materials and design elements deliver a clean, polished look while promoting long-term landscape sustainability.
