Fitch Family Indoor Aquatic Center – Public Hardscape Construction in Ames, Iowa

Nolan Landscaping is proud to contribute to the Fitch Family Indoor Aquatic Center in Ames, Iowa, a public project led by Story Construction with civil engineering provided by RDG Planning and Designing.

Our role in this ongoing development focuses on hardscape construction, with a particular emphasis on sustainable and functional surface solutions for public-use facilities.

As part of our scope, we installed 8,700 square feet of permeable pavers, designed to enhance both the aesthetic appeal and environmental performance of the site.

These eco-friendly pavers help manage stormwater runoff effectively while providing a durable and attractive surface suitable for high foot traffic around the aquatic center.

This project reflects Nolan Landscaping’s expertise in delivering high-quality, sustainable hardscape solutions that support public infrastructure and community recreation facilities across Iowa.
