Chick-fil-A – Commercial Landscape & Hardscape Installation in Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Nolan Landscaping proudly delivered full-service landscape, irrigation, and hardscape installation for the new Chick-fil-A location in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Partnering with Buffalo Construction and HR Green, our team created a high-performing and visually appealing outdoor environment designed to enhance both curb appeal and site functionality.

Over the course of just six days, we installed 16,200 square feet of sod, spread 33 cubic yards of mulch, placed 14 tons of river rock, and seeded 1.5 acres to establish a vibrant, sustainable landscape.

In addition, we installed 4,050 square feet of permeable pavers, providing effective stormwater management and long-term durability for this high-traffic commercial site.

This project highlights Nolan Landscaping’s expertise in building efficient, attractive, and environmentally responsible landscapes for Iowa’s food and beverage industry.
