Nolan Landscaping is currently leading the landscape and hardscape construction for Cedar Rapids Independent Living, a senior living development located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

In collaboration with Nelson Construction and civil engineers at Hall and Hall, our team is delivering a comprehensive package that includes landscape construction, irrigation installation, and seeding and sod services tailored for long-term beauty and accessibility.

This project features the installation of a robust 3,400-square-foot retaining wall, providing critical site stabilization while enhancing the property’s structure and visual appeal.

We’ve also placed 55,000 square feet of sod to establish an inviting, low-maintenance lawn area, alongside 220 cubic yards of mulch for refined planting beds. 100 linear feet of steel edging was added to define landscape transitions and ensure a clean, professional finish.
