Nolan Landscaping proudly enhanced the exterior of the Avid Hotel in Coralville, Iowa, delivering a vibrant and professional landscape installation designed to elevate the guest experience.

In partnership with Interstate Construction and RTM Engineering, our team created an inviting outdoor environment that complements the hotel’s brand and commitment to quality.

The project included the installation of 20,000 square feet of sod for immediate greenery and curb appeal, along with 190 cubic yards of mulch to promote soil health and moisture retention.

Completed over the course of 10 days, this project also incorporated hardscape elements, resulting in a durable, low-maintenance, and visually cohesive landscape.
