12th Ave Pump Station – Public Landscape & Hardscape Installation in Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Nolan Landscaping was proud to support the 12th Ave Pump Station flood wall project in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, delivering expert landscape, irrigation, and hardscape installation to enhance the site’s resilience and functionality.

Partnering with WRH Inc. and HR Green, our work focused on creating a sustainable outdoor environment that supports long-term flood control and environmental performance.

In just six days, our team installed 25 tons of river rock for both erosion control and visual impact, while hydroseeding 2.5 acres to promote strong vegetation growth and stabilize the surrounding terrain.

These strategic measures contribute to improved stormwater management and the overall durability of the flood protection system.
