12th Avenue Pump Station – Landscape & Erosion Control Solutions in Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Nolan Landscaping is proud to support the 12th Avenue Pump Station project in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, delivering expert landscape construction, hardscape installation, sod and seeding services, and erosion control solutions.

In collaboration with WRH, Inc. and HR Green, our team is enhancing the site with sustainable, functional, and visually cohesive landscaping that complements this essential infrastructure.

A key element of the project is the placement of 25 tons of river rock, providing effective erosion control while contributing to a clean, polished aesthetic across critical areas.

We are also implementing 98,500 square feet of hydroseeding to establish robust vegetation, promote soil stabilization, and support long-term environmental resilience.

With a strong emphasis on durability and sustainability, Nolan Landscaping’s approach incorporates best practices in erosion control and landscape management to reduce environmental impact and ensure the site remains attractive and low-maintenance.
