Kwik Star – Commercial Landscape Construction in Dubuque, Iowa
Nolan Landscaping is currently delivering high-quality landscape construction, sod and seeding installation, and irrigation services for the new Kwik Star gas station in Dubuque, Iowa.
Working in collaboration with Kwik Trip Construction and civil engineers at Insites, this ongoing commercial project is designed to enhance the property’s curb appeal, functionality, and environmental performance.
Our scope includes the installation of 16,800 square feet of sod and an expansive 158,350 square feet of hydroseed, establishing a strong, low-maintenance turf foundation across the site.
We also applied 79 cubic yards of mulch to key planting areas for improved moisture retention and visual contrast, and installed 1,005 linear feet of vinyl edging to ensure clean, defined landscape borders.
