Emri Apartments – Multifamily Landscape & Hardscape Construction in Dubuque, Iowa

Nolan Landscaping is proud to be a key contributor to the Emri Apartments project in Dubuque, Iowa, providing expert landscape and hardscape construction, seeding, sod installation, and irrigation solutions for this large-scale multifamily development.

In partnership with Sand Construction and Origin Design, we are creating thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces that enhance both visual appeal and everyday livability.

The project features the installation of 30,900 square feet of fresh sod, 144 tons of river rock, and 1,580 linear feet of aluminum edging, resulting in lush green spaces and well-defined planting areas.

To promote landscape longevity and reduce upkeep, our team is also installing 10,100 linear feet of weed barrier. Additionally, we are hydroseeding 32,100 square feet of open space to support quick turf establishment and effective soil stabilization.

With a focus on sustainability and efficient resource use, our irrigation installation ensures all plantings are supported by optimized water delivery systems.
