East Ridge Elementary School – Public Landscape & Biocell Installation in Coralville, Iowa
Nolan Landscaping was proud to contribute to the East Ridge Elementary School project in Coralville, Iowa, delivering expert landscape installation and biocell construction to support a functional, sustainable, and student-friendly environment.
In collaboration with Knutson Construction and Shive Hattery, our team focused on creating a resilient landscape that aligns with the needs of a modern educational facility.
The scope included 11,000 square feet of sod, 63 cubic yards of mulch for soil enrichment and moisture retention, and 610 linear feet of steel edging to define clean landscape transitions.
We also placed 933 cubic yards of amended soil, significantly improving soil health and supporting long-term landscape sustainability.
Completed in just 12 days, this public school project reflects Nolan Landscaping’s commitment to environmentally responsible, high-quality landscape solutions that enhance learning environments and community spaces.
