Cottonwood Apartments – Multifamily Landscape Construction in Mount Vernon, Iowa

Nolan Landscaping is proud to be part of the Cottonwood Apartments development, a multifamily residential project located in Mount Vernon, Iowa.

In partnership with Koester Construction and civil engineers at Axiom Consultants, our team is providing expert landscape construction, hydroseeding, and erosion control services to support the ongoing transformation of this growing community.

As part of our scope, we installed 100,500 square feet of hydroseed, promoting rapid, healthy turf establishment across the property while helping control erosion on sloped or newly graded areas.

To complement the green spaces and enhance the landscape’s visual appeal, we also applied 34 cubic yards of mulch in key planting beds, offering improved moisture retention and weed suppression.
