Project Overview

Centennial Park Complex – Public Landscape Development in North Liberty, Iowa

Nolan Landscaping is proud to be a key contributor to the Centennial Park Complex in North Liberty, Iowa—a public development project led by Larson Construction with civil engineering by Shive-Hattery Inc.

Our team was selected to provide expert landscape construction, erosion control, and seeding and sod installation services for this ongoing project, designed to create a vibrant and sustainable community space.

The scope of work includes the installation of 21,300 square feet of sod and 116,000 square feet of hydroseed, ensuring both immediate visual impact and long-term turf establishment.

We also placed 45 cubic yards of compost soil to enrich the landscape, along with 4,800 linear feet of weed barrier for low-maintenance protection. 24 tons of lava rock were incorporated for durable, eye-catching ground cover in key areas.

This project highlights Nolan Landscaping’s commitment to high-quality, environmentally conscious landscaping solutions for public spaces.

We take pride in transforming large-scale sites into functional, enduring landscapes that serve communities for years to come.
