Aro Senior Apartments – Multifamily Landscape, Irrigation & Hardscape Installation in Hiawatha, Iowa

Nolan Landscaping proudly completed a comprehensive landscape, irrigation, and hardscape installation for the Aro Senior Apartments in Hiawatha, Iowa, enhancing the outdoor living experience for residents of this multifamily community.

In partnership with Sand Construction and Willet Hofmann & Associates, our team created a functional and inviting landscape tailored to long-term durability and ease of maintenance.

The scope of work included 20,100 square feet of sod, 7 cubic yards of mulch, and 49 tons of decorative river rock, providing vibrant greenery and clean, textured groundcover.

We also installed 500 linear feet of steel edging for defined landscape borders and constructed a 200-square-foot retaining wall to support site grading and improve visual cohesion.

Completed in just four days, this project showcases Nolan Landscaping’s efficiency and expertise in delivering high-quality, sustainable landscaping solutions for residential developments across Iowa.
