Anamosa High School Gym Addition – Public Landscape Construction in Anamosa, Iowa

Nolan Landscaping is proud to be supporting the Anamosa High School Gym Addition project in Anamosa, Iowa—a public development led by Larson Construction with civil design by OPN Architects.

Our team was selected to provide expert landscape construction, sod and seeding installation, and erosion control services to enhance the outdoor environment surrounding the new facility.

As part of the scope, we installed 19,200 square feet of sod and 30,000 square feet of hydroseed, creating a lush, resilient turf foundation for the campus.

The project also features 25 tons of river rock and 1,750 linear feet of weed barrier to deliver long-term durability with minimal maintenance. Additionally, 310 linear feet of aluminum edging was installed to define landscape boundaries and ensure a clean, polished finish.

This ongoing project reflects Nolan Landscaping’s commitment to building high-quality, sustainable outdoor spaces for educational institutions and public infrastructure across Iowa.
